Milwaukee Joe’s began as a local ice cream shop founded by Joe Libowsky in 1995—a neighborhood favorite known for bold flavors and warm hospitality. In 2020, our family took the reins and brought a new chapter to life. Today, Milwaukee Joe’s is proudly run by our family who blend generational values with a new vision for clean-label, ingredient-driven ice cream.

As a certified woman-owned business, we carry forward the spirit of that original shop with a renewed focus on storytelling, sourcing, and innovation. From heritage recipes to globally inspired creations, our team brings together food science, flavor anthropology, and old-school craftsmanship.
