Our sorbet has no milk or cream in it at all. By definition, sorbet is a frozen dessert made from fruit, water, and sugar, with no dairy base, which is why it works for guests who are avoiding milk completely rather than just cutting back.

Right now our dairy-free line is fruit sorbet, made in small batches rather than a milk-substitute ice cream base. We are also developing coconut milk-based options so we can offer a fully dairy-free ice cream, not just sorbet, though that is not on the menu yet.

No, and it is worth knowing the difference before you order. Dairy-free means no milk-derived ingredients, but vegan rules out every animal-derived ingredient, so a dairy-free sorbet is not automatically a vegan one unless every ingredient in it clears that bar.
